The gas emitted from bananas makes avocados ripen more quickly. Carmel Sheerin & the Ravens were excellent. Don't think I've heard a Joni song done Blue Grass style, but this group from Europe no less, does a kick ass number on BSN. I didn't even know that Blue Grass was popular in Europe. Barbara Cossu's mini concert was great. Such a fine product from Milan with her jazzy piano and beautiful voice paying tribute on her streaming concert "Joni's World". "Cherokee Louise" was my fav of the tribute. Love Shawn Colvin, She can sing anything! Redmond, Langosch, & Cooley was one of my favorites. Mary Ann Redmond has one of the best voices around. Her "Coyote" is spot on. You guys have to listen to this one! Tift Merritt........another excellent voice. My absolute favorite has to be from..........yessssss. Brad Mehldau (born in Jacksonville, where I was born) We all know he toured with Pat Metheney, and played in a quartet with Brian Blade in the mid 90's. He has definitely got to be one of my favorite Jazz pianist in the world. He just kills on "Marcie". Not a bad one in the bunch, or I'd sure let you know. Listened to this cover's CD my friends, or I'll beat you up :) Thanks Bob!
