Mary fahl, formerly of October project, was fabulous last night at red Clay theater in Duluth Georgia (For those of you who remember Eddie's Attic it's Eddie Owen's new place.) Bob M, is it a foregone conclusion that you are aware of her excellent cover of BSN? ;) Steve in Atlanta Sent from my iPhone - ----- No virus found in this message. It'll appear on #197. It's not likely to scoop me on a BSN cover, unless it's recorded in a non-English language using a different title or if it's from a very localized release. I'm much more likely to be scooped on a deep track, for instance just today David Gizara told me about a Come In From The Cold cover released in February. I was excited because that's the first CIFTC cover in the database! Bob NP: Muddy Waters, "I Just Want To Make Love With You" From: "ron" To: "'Steve Harper'" , "'The JMDL! Chaka singing more Joni. I remember buying Rufus' first album after hearing a local band covering "Sweet Thing" and loving it. Chaka blew me away on that album. To later find she loved Joni and even sang on "Tenth World" was very cool, to me. It will be interesting to see what and who she gets on board. Slightly worrying to read that she knows "wellness" when she fasted for two weeks a month. Possibly an alternative addiction? I hope not. Be well, Chaka, and sing!
