Just great to be able to see a glimpse of Joni's creative process. That's how I felt too the first time I played from the tabs on the website and also from the "Complete So Far" guitar book. Joni and her creativity is so much more to me than pages being auctioned or songs being transcribed by experts. She and all she's shared in creative out flow is a work of art that I appreciate differently with each experience. It is the same joy and intrigue I have when I encounter the moon and the stars. Seeing her writing and scratching out and rewriting and the possibilities of what could have been in the lyrics and what became the lyrics gave me a sense of how good it is to be alive in the same window of time as Joni. She is all gift and all wonder. > > Thanks Les. There was a pest control price sheet on the fridge, with snakes priced according to danger. Not much Joni content, but I would recommend the show in general. It was poetic, beautifully written. A friend once said that he objects to being called a fan. Since "fan" is a variant of "fanatic" it implied that his appreciation was unhealthy. It isn't. He said he has just the RIGHT amount of appreciation. So do you. Seems like a lot of rawness and anger at another woman rival there that she later smoothed out and refined into a more universal and exceptional work. Can't believe the B.C. hotel room was only $8.40!
