McNamara" Subject: RE: Neil Young's "live at the cellar door" I second your Christmas wish Bob (and hope you had a good one, as well as all my JMDL buds). But as for Neil Young, I always buy my brother Tom a music-related bio for Christmas (last year I got him the Pete Townsend autobio). I was in Barnes and Noble and saw a Neil Young autobiography (Waging Heavy Peace) for $7 and thought about picking it up for him when I noticed there were about 20 copies of it on the table and about another 30 copies under the table!!! Obviously they are having trouble moving that book! I ended up getting Tom the new Johnny Cash biography by Robert Hilburn (who I know is a great writer because of the articles he's written on Joni). I coughed up $32 for that book and Tom was thrilled. That's what it's all about!!! :-) Anybody read that NY bio? It is Joni content because the recording engineer was Henry Lewy. I'm not saying, 'Look at me, look at me.' It's the exact opposite. I'm saying, 'Look at you, look at you. Are we not human? Do we not share these things?'" Well, we may share many things, but my good friend Basil pointed out that there is no mention whatsoever (not from Joni nor any other celebs in this article) of either Parsley nor Rosemary.
