I take issue with one of the lines in the lyrics (not sure who is in charge of lyrics these days) ... instead of "Then it was me and spring came .." I'm pretty sure she is singing "Then it was we and spring came ..." which makes more sense to me anyway. You will get notification when I post the tab. It's the same generic tuning as Songs to Aging Children, Carnival in Kenora and Raised on Robbery ... I'm playing it BF#BF#BD#, capo 5 (B75754). 5 days and counting!!!!! I just really relate. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who used Joni in this way : her words, her music, her experience, her observations about love & keeping yourself together while searching. I didn't see it posted anywhere here & had forgotten where I saw it & then BAM, I found it again & want to share. http://www.latimes.com/features/home/laaffairs/la-hm-affairs-20130928b,0,7436 683.story GREETINGS FROM THE TRIPLE M Down a gravel road, where the barb wire meets the sky. They're also called "pink nuns" because the colour of their habit is pink. Barbie-doll pink! But they're one of those cloistered groups so not sure if it makes sense that Joni would have met one. They've been around since the late 1800s and they do have a few convents in the US. http://www.adorationsisters.org/history.html > > > On 2013-09-28, at 12:50 PM, McKay Catherine wrote: > > >> When I don't know the answers to things, I make them up. But then there are others who totally disagree. And it's sorta cool that we can disagree in these ways. My advice is to try them all out and see what you like (except that Hinton book - I think we all agree that is rubbish).
