Backed by UNESCO and the United Nations, this concert was held over three nights and took place in front of the Buddhist temple Todaiji, the world's largest wooden building, housing the largest Buddha statue in the world. Joni joined Bob Dylan and the other performers during the encore of each show. The final concert was broadcast live on TV in Japan by NHK and elsewhere as The Great Music Experience.

Joni is seen singing with Bob beginning at 15:00, and continuing thru the rolling credits.

In reference to All I Want and the happy accident tuning on the dulcimer. Love this sentence. My guess is it wasn't a happy accident and she had set out to find this tuning or something like it. I also loved learning that she switched the strings around, placing a thick gauge one where the thin usually goes. When the CD comes out and you are doing shows, I'll bet Bay Area folks will want to come check it out. Calif and Black Crow are two of my faves.
