Sometimes there isn't just anything to write. Words aren't enough. Me ? My computer died, for a week. I broke my dominant wrist, am home all alone & had to put my beloved Cocker Spaniel of 10.5 years to sleep this week. Her name was Joni, named after "you know who"...joni2CatsInTheYard (joni2city@hotmail.com). After the vet left the house Sunday night, I sat out on my front porch, out here in the woods, viewed my neighbor's Christmas lights, bawled my eyes out & sang "River" over & over again-into the dark and abiding night, up into the reaches of the magnificent red cedar trees and up into the stars. I am not being sarcastic here, sometimes, the holidays bring on the blues so bad, you just have to sit back & listen & wait for the voice to speak.
