He's got to be a HUGE fan because the track list is incredibly deep. He was an incredibly helpful colleague. His musical interests range far beyond jazz; he is, I believe, pretty well known in Europe. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 15 Nov 2011 12:56:25 -0600 From: Sharon Watkins Subject: Deirdre Faegre JMDLers may already know of her, but I Just found Deirdre's covers of Joni's early music on Facebook. Very talented young lady; some of the best covers in my opinion, even better than many professional singers. Can't seem to find out much about her other than that she's also a talented figure skater. Anyone else know anything about her? Check her out on Facebook. I've never had one about Joni, although I have had dreams that include Joni-listers, some that I've met and some that I've never met. I rarely remember many details about dreams, except for the violent ones and even that's not for long. For the record, we are all freaks, and that's the best way to be. Joni may not have written "Dream on," but she does use the words, "Dream on, dreamer," so you're close. >________________________________ >From: Susan Tierney McNamara >To: "evian@sasktel.net" ; "joni@smoe.org" >Sent: Tuesday, November 15, 2011 2:46:45 PM >Subject: RE: odd Joni dream > >Oh this is great!! Thanks Rob. I love dreams and this seems like a great one. Dream On was our prom song! Hahaha! And just for the record, I don't admit it usually, but I have this recurring dream that Jonifest is at Joni's house and at the end of the dream she always calls me a poser and kicks me out ... sad sad ... As my daughter often reminds me ... I'm a freak! :-) > >-----Original Message----- >From: owner-joni@smoe.org [mailto:owner-joni@smoe.org] On Behalf Of evian@sasktel.net >Sent: Tuesday, November 15, 2011 12:30 PM >To: joni@smoe.org >Subject: odd Joni dream > >You know how some listers have mentioned their dreams about Joni?B Well, I have never understood that, as I never dream about famous people or anything.B However, the other night, right before bed, I got the munchies, and, long story short, I ended up eating this HUGE banana split, while skimming my email (including posts to the JMDL).B I then fell asleep and had the craziest dreams, and Joni kept popping up all over the place.B ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 15 Nov 2011 20:34:36 -0800 From: "Mark" Subject: Re: All I Want Well of course she did!
