There were apparently few, if any, images of Carly, but a lot of photos of Joni still scattered about the house. Yes, I had heard many years ago that Taylor's parents were not thrilled about having Jewish grandchildren. On the inside cover or SoaPG, it says Chinese Checkers/Unchained Melody. Any idea how this happened to get to the printers? I don't regret buying the compilation just for the PP remix and CIFTC radio edit, but the sound quality is also much better than all my 1990 CDs. Wotta scream...I hadn't heard that one and since I don't own SOAPG I wouldn't have seen it. I'm guessing that the printers use digital equipment that pre-fills in words much like a cell phone does when you're texting. Since it wasn't a misspelled word nobody picked up on it. I can add that my whole time in China I have never seen anyone playing Chinese checkers. Ordinary checkers, yes. Lots of Mah Jong. And lots of poker. Outside of my office is a gathering place where taxi's will meet when they're off duty or taking a break and play poker. And I learned this week that 2's are HIGH, and one of the best hands you can have is a a 2-10-K. WTF? Just another day in China. While they may have a Joni-related episode one day (I'm betting they will), the cast of Glee is coming out with a holiday CD, and YOU'LL NEVER GUESS WHICH Joni song is on it? http://www.hitfix.com/articles/listen-glee-cast-knows-its-christmas-on-holida y-themed-volume-2 Lea Michele turns in a cover of "River". I'm sure we'll see a few others before the holiday season is done.
