My favorite movie of the year. And the Joni connection is not at all incidental, but a very important part of the movie, one you will all appreciate. Go see it. I could talk to you for hours about him, got everything he ever did. When Kakki and I met up with Joni a few years back, just after 9/11, I mentioned to Joni that the world would be a better place if Fred was still alive.... there was a discussion about today's audience not knowing, but I think she agreed with us!! There is a great recording of Fred and Joni @ a save the whales benefit somewhere on the list, in San Franciso. bestStephen in Toronto - -----owner-joni@smoe.org wrote: ----- To: Jim Kauffman , joni@smoe.org From: Catherine McKay Sent by: owner-joni@smoe.org Date: 07/24/2010 08:03PM Subject: Re: Extremely Obscure Joni Mention I just bought a Fred Neil CD today and guess what song is on it?
