If you have not heard of him , many contemporary musicians cite him as a major influence, I know Laurent on this list was a big fan - in fact it was because of him we met in Glasgow. Ironic news given Laurent's last post . Martin was only 60 but had a history of illnesses and mishaps but didn't lose his sense of humour.
