IMO, the classic unplugged DED performance is the 1985 'Rock Master Class', which features a funny and very informative interview with Joni & Klein, and acoustic performances of DED & Impossible Dreamer on piano & Stimulants on guitar. There's also a Piano Improv that she does in Paprika Plains style that I think is very cool. That recording is available on the JMDL P2P Network I think.
