A very happy holiday to all of the Joni community. May you all feel peace in your hearts, joy in your spirit, and the warmth of being with the ones you love. Thanks for another year of shared community. Hugs, Ashara ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 24 Dec 2003 23:37:54 -0500 From: "Lama, Jim L'Hommedieu" Subject: JMDLer's top Joni albums, 100% JC According to Les' survey of JMDLer's favorite Joni albums during 2003 at http://www.jmdl.com/gallery/albumpoll.cfm Joni's first and Joni's latest are nearly tied (49 vs. 47 votes) for the middle of the pack of 22 albums. Surprisingly, the "hits" album ranks *dead last* which I'm sure would bring a smile in Bel Air, California. :) My interpretation is that JMDLers are well aware that 'hits' is a fine appetizer and that no gourmet meal consists entirely of appetizers. Thanks, Joni. We love you. Merry Christmas (early), Lama PS, Congratulations to the United Kingdom for successfully landing Beagle2 on Mars. It's a proud day for Britain. If I have my history right, the ship is named after the British vessel which took Charles Darwin to the Galapagos Islands where he expanded the collective wisdom of humanity. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 25 Dec 2003 02:18:08 -0500 From: ljirvin@jmdl.com Subject: Today's Library Links: December 25 On December 25 the following article was published: 1977: "Bleak Visions of Life in the Fast Lane" - Los Angeles Times (Review - Album) http://www.jmdl.com/articles/view.cfm?id=156 ------------------------------ End of onlyJMDL Digest V2003 #400 ********************************* ------- Post messages to the list by clicking here: mailto:joni@smoe.org Unsubscribe by clicking here: mailto:onlyjoni-digest-request@smoe.org?body=unsubscribe ------- Siquomb, isn't she?
