I could be wrong, but I think Paul Kantner refers to this bunch as the Planet Earth Rock and Roll Orchestra (not to be confused with his later album that has that title). Can someone please tell me who is holding the PermaVine discs I recently put into circulation on this group? I haven't seen mention of them in a while and the agreement is that they are kept moving (recipients agreed to pass along these discs within a few days of receipt). I'd like to put more shows out there, but I see no point if some people are going to just keep them for themselves -- which, by the way, is against the agreement they made when accepting the discs in the first place. Hopefully, they've been circulating and I'm just no very observant! Joni is listed in the Singer/Songwriter category at number 18 of the top 20. I think we should change that, don't you? (Jonatha is listed in the same category at number 15.) http://www.globaldust.com/about.php __________ Globaldust is an online demographic reference point for music fans around the world. Although I cannot "officially" announce anything until the contract negotiations are finalized, it looks like the dates for Jonifest 2004 are August 26-30. So, all of you that like to plan ahead (Stephen Epstein not being one of them) throw that date on your calendars and signups will follow as soon as the ink is dry on the contract. Also, please remember the deadline is coming up to update DVD orders for Jonifest 2003 as well as place new orders.
