The DVD is excellent (on both the computer and the TV). The PBS documentary is fabulous as well. I don't know if you all get the FOX Movie Channel on your satellites or cable, but the film "Celebration at Big Sur" that include JM footage (and CSNY and others) will next air at 8:01 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on July 23. I'm definitely firing up my VCR for that one. I was reading one of the last sections of the book "Shadows and light",where there were various mentions of Joni in articles and books ect...There was a mention of Joni in an article where L.A. was described of as a very snobbish city where the elite only wanted to associate with the elite, not with the common masses. It included Joni in this category. It kind of upset me to read this. From what others have posted about meeting Joni, she didn't seem snobbish.I guess you never know... _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 11 Jul 2003 16:53:14 -0500 From: "Donna Binkley" Subject: Re: Freebie Friday This person sounds just like Neil Young to me... >>> 7/11/2003 9:45:15 AM >>> Howdy gang, and hope y'all are having a groovy Friday thus far.
