The people who make those decisions watch the charts because it indicates who is "hot". They want to be sure that when people flip through the TV Guide they will stop and watch their show if a particular artist is being featured that night. And if you show up on the Top 200, it means that there are enough people who know who you are that they will. Our sales are pretty respectable right now, but nowhere near the Top 200. We need more radio exposure to generate those sales, so please call your stations and request away! Thanks for you kind comments about Laura's recent California shows. I was along on the tour and had a great time. And in answer to your question "Does Laura ever have a bad show", I've been watching her since 1990 and I've never seen a bad one. Unfortunately, the Winter Warmth concert is sold out. It sold out in under 45 minutes! I couldn't have gone anyway. :( But it's taking place at the Moore Theater, and they'll be giving tickets away on 103.7 FM in the next couple weeks if people are interested. And I heard Mahbootay yesterday and sent off an effusive email thanking the DJ. Let's hope it got other good response...
