I managed to make it out to the taping of sarah on the vicki gabereau show where she played lucky me and out in the park... both amazing live renditions of the songs. You wouldn't believe how lovely the acoustics were in that room! Sarah was charming as ever and it was kind of cute to see Vicki before Sarah came out... she kept muttering "You're going to love this girl. You're absolutely going to love her! I just love her new album!" I know that her and sarah are acquainted from the last time she was on the show. The performance and interview were both amazing, I highly reccomend catching the airing on Monday November 1. Sarah talks more about her acting which is due to start in December where she plays the starring role of a villain... a murderous wife. She also talks more about her time in the woods, her cabin (with an outdoor shower!) and a little tiny box of paints that she picked up in Europe. (Just a few teasers for you.) I can't wait for the show on Tuesday! If any Vancouver fans are going, introduce yourself! take care! think ferociously! ~nicole g [IMAGE] visit my 1024x768 world: http://www.geocities.com/plateofstars/index.htm ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 30 Oct 2004 19:42:59 +0200 From: Edi Vermaas Subject: Small fan club Noortje and Lucas became really fans of Sarah this weekend. Early in th morning they wanted to dance on the tunes and beats of "Lucky Me". This time we started "Lucky Me" from Sarah's website. Noortje was inspecting the CD-booklet and everytime she found some artwork in the booklet that was also on the pc-screen she yelled "Look, granddad, look, the same". The last years I felt alone in being a fan of Sarah's music. But since yesterday I'm the president of a real fanclub. And I have to look better to the artwork of Sarah, perhaps buying her book. Looks interesting to add some story and make a picture-book for children of it. Or is it a basis for a children-musical. What do the other navy-soupers think of that? ------------------------------ End of navy-soup-digest V7 #93 ******************************
