Smug perhaps. Generally, I wasn't all that impressed, though I'd be willing to give her another (short) listen sometime. Greg - -----Original Message----- From: "Julian C. Being the piano playing singer/songwriter is a pretty hard sell nowadays if you don't offer something different. I do have a soft spot for her though. After her set opening for Sondre Lerche she all out tripped and fell on stage. That's gotta suck hard. Anyway, I do recall seeing Charmer (the group) once, and they were quite good, and I wholeheartedly agree with you -- they've never quite regained the buzz that Red Autumn Fall had. That's very cool he's doing a walk across Canada; I had no idea! > > Was it not rumoured at one point that Sarah had herself penned Last > > Year's War in regards to Kevin Fox, who she used to also date? > > Indeed that was the general feeling at the time. It has now ceased to be a cinema but is open for special events, which is probably why you didn't get any answer; it's no longer regularly open. It's a beautiful hall though. I saw Jewel there many moons ago and it was fantastic. - - Julian - -- [ Julian C.
