From: http://www.sarahslean.com/blogger.html Monday, June 28, 2004 sigh. hey. stop the rain. put a gentle finger on the mouth of the liar before he even begins. what good is a hot word when the fire is fake? please. stop the rain. it's no use pretending you can't. mister, mister, whoever you are. i am cloudless. lonely. blank again. the present is wrapped and my worker-hands are resting so why the great pain why does the clock yawn offensively in my face? Silence is dripping all over this godforsaken apartment in some grotesque strip tease down the walls to the floor where insects crawl and conspire. I am coated in it. there are hands somewhere that can cut it clean through. acid hands ruthless with the truth. some are strong. I am certain of it. today, not me. No, not today. Sometimes, I am really shaking. bone-crushingly alone. Sometimes the storm threatens quietly, simply. It lets the mind create fireworks. The psuedo hell. A cold bruise on the heart. Send me your powers, fellow hunters. I tripped again. I am bleeding in the undergrowth. Thirsty, sticky, sad. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 29 Jun 2004 08:17:13 -0400 From: "Kelly Goodlad" Subject: RE: New Blog Entry! Wow, I really like that one.
