Both those guys are, like Kevin himself, frequent sidemen for various Canadian acts. Tim plays guitar in Kim Stockwood's band (as does Kevin sometimes) and is also in local indie band The Supers (featuring other local lights such as Starling's Maury LaFoy). Fergus has done a bunch of jazz stuff but plays with the usual pop suspects as well. >For his own set, Kevin brought out a zillion friends to join him on >stage. How apt. :) For a guy who's played with as many other musicians as he has, it's nice to know that his peers are there for his own music as well. I was at Sarah Harmer's CD release party at Lee's Palace last week (which was utterly sublime, BTW), where Kevin played cello and bass and sang backup vocals, and heard two girls behind me talking: "Oh, *that* guy. I've seen that guy play for *everybody*." ;-) - - Tab :) _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
