I know it's probably low budget and all that, but it probably is charming nonetheless. It's hard to picture Sarah as NOT charming, mind you :) > Any other soupers going to see Emm in Detroit this > Saturday? :) Yep! See you there! - - Julian [ Julian C. Well, you really should thank Rannie -- Brian and I just thought of the idea but I enslaved Rannie (as though he wasn't busy enough already :-P ) to run out to Heather's office and pick them up. And yes I think we sold about ten or fifteen copies... not bad for someone who didn't perform! :) - - Julian [ Julian C. I ended up being too busy running around town to do so. and my friend Shannon helped sell all the cds. That as well was a tremendous help. It really is too bad Sarah couldn't play last Friday as well. but at least she got some airplay. That show would have been crazy if we actually had another act playing. Anyways Thanks to everyone who came to that show. we raised 840 dollars for the Breast cancer fund. As for the Emm Detroit Living room show/birthday party/ rayanne/jess/chelle show... Yes I will be there. And, of course, you can buy them at shows. Unfortunately chain stores don't really carry her stuff in the US, you'd need to be in Toronto and check out HMV or something to find it. you can, however, order the CD directly from Sarah for $15 US, and I believe Steve is working on a form for credit card orders... If you check out her site, it has all the info on ordering the CDs and other Sarah merch.... www.sarahslean.com Blue Parade is incredible! Brilliant! From the very beginning ( LOVE the intro to Playing Cards w/ Judas) to the haunting title track (could this song be more beautiful?!?), it is a stunning CD. :) Jessica www.aquezada.com/jess ------------------------------ End of navy-soup-digest V2 #104 *******************************
