I've made the trip from Toronto to NYC quite a bit in the last few months, and I always look forward to passing near Rochester so I can tune them in. This was the case even BEFORE they were onto Sarah - then I actually heard a promo on the station for Sarah's Rochester show back in January(?) while driving to Toronto in the middle of the night . I nearly drove off the road when I heard Sarah on the radio - on an American station no less - it came as an even bigger surprise because I didn't even know she was scheduled to play in Rochester, so I was really not expecting it. Anyway, you're lucky to have that as a local station. I've heard none that compare in my travels from Toronto to Montreal to NYC to Detroit.
