With THAT red-haired floozy??! I don't want her anywhere NEAR my home, let alone my living room!! Not to mention, do you know what sort of people she attracts for audience members? Holy cow, they're scary! Especially that guy that calls himself Rowdius... :-P But seriously...the week before last I was lucky enough to spend the weekend with the lovely Luna who happened to be in Southern California at the same time as me. We fed giraffes & watched seals frolic on the beach. No wait, we didn't feed giraffes on the beach - that didn't come out right. LOL. She even played me 3 new songs (at least they were new to me). They were all awesome! Unfortunately, I don't know the names - in fact she didn't have them named yet. If I had to guess, one I think would be called Frozen Again. Hope everyone's doing well and I would, of course, be happy to offer up my home for an LRC in Jersey City (wierd audience members & all ;-) - --amy In a message dated 2/11/2002 10:13:16 PM Eastern Standard Time, rowdy_white@hotmail.com writes: > Luna also has mentioned possibly wanting > to do another Living Room Tour this summer (yea!) Luna did not even know I was in Jersey until I walked through the door... So, it would be hard to blame her on that account... In fact if I remember right, I asked you if I could show up shortly after buying my bus ticket... so, you had at least two days warning to move. 2. Scary? Okay, I guess I can't argue there.. at least small children and animals like me.... :::sigh::: I'll be quiet now.... ;-) Rowdius >From: W1GGY2@aol.com >To: mariposa@smoe.org >Subject: Re: [mariposa] website update >Date: Tue, 12 Feb 2002 16:23:39 EST > >Living Room Tour? OK, so now you know why I had my piano strapped to my back when you got there. I tried to get out in time, but I have sooooo much stuff, it takes way more than two days to pack. And being the polite gentle creature that I am, I felt compelled to allow you entry to my abode and a comfortable spot on my hardwood floor, even if you ARE a stalker (after all, what other type of person would ride a bus for 2 days to catch a singer's performance? Though now that I think about it, Luna did do that to see Jewel....hmmm....sensing a pattern). In fear, Amy :-) ------------------------------ End of mariposa-digest V2 #2 ****************************
