Well, I think I can assume that Mr. Harris has arrived... Aye, though, I must admit I do love Joe. Joe may be the most quiet friend I have, but still a true one. Joe is witty in a understated way, he makes me laugh by simply raising an eyebrow. As for pictures of Joe, myself and woody... Lest anyone on this list wonders about that... Woody is a very famous plywood cow (not because of the photos of him in bed with me) and I will freely admit, that there are pics floating around of Joe, Woody and myself curled up in bed together... but it was artfully done! and speaking of photos, I have a pic of a red-eyed Mr. Harris molesting Joe the Stuffed Dog in NJ... Very incriminating stuff... and on that note, I must get back to driving the bus... Damn, someone makes a thoughful post and suggestion, and you immediately suspect a Harris! ;-) ***and then Rowdy confessed: >Aye, though, I must admit I do love Joe. Joe may be the most >quiet friend I have, but still a true one. Joe is witty in a >understated way, he makes me laugh by simply raising an eyebrow. Strange, that's how we all feel about you, Rowdy! ***then Rowdy scrambled to cover his @ss: >As for pictures of Joe, myself and woody... Lest anyone on >this list wonders about that... Woody is a very famous >plywood cow (not because of the photos of him in bed with me) >and I will freely admit, that there are pics floating around of >Joe, Woody and myself curled up in bed together... but it was >artfully done! Three points I want to make clear here: 1) You three were on the floor, not in the bed (Woody, Amias, Luna and someone we picked up at the Denny's were on the bed). B) Woody's popularity has actually waned over the past year. He gets out of the house very little, refuses to be roped without an appointment (and two forms of positive identification), and sits for days without moving, just blankly staring at the tattered photographs of Luna kissing his nose on the bed in that same Houston hotel room and straddling him while playing "Never Trust Your Pink Fleshy Heart to a Plywood Cow"! (When is Luna releasing THAT single?!?) and, iii) *what* is my third point? I dunno... ***finally, Rowdy made the mistake of slandering the wrong guy this time: >and speaking of photos, I have a pic of a red-eyed Mr. Harris >molesting Joe the Stuffed Dog in NJ... Very incriminating stuff... >and on that note, I must get back to driving the bus... Bouncing an abandoned pooch on your knee in time to Ms. Tay-lor's mu-zak is NOT molesting. It's called stuffed animal babysitting. And don't make fun of the color of my eyes! Some folks have brown eyes, some blue, some red. *ahem* I assume you're driving a short bus there, Rowdy... ***Not understanding the mischief Rowdy can cause, Jake then wrote quizzically: >Uhm, can somebody clue me in on what the heck is going on??? Rowdy White is causing trouble, pure and simple. He's sidestepping the issue of what we are going to call this list and the list monkeys (and I use that term with all due respect and affection) that will populate it in the future. Personally, I'd like to hear what Ms. Luna Tay-lor has to say about my idea (ie, FOLLOWERS OF JOE). Or just JOES. Actually, I'd just like to hear from Luna -- wassup, kid? ***Lovely Valerie freely admitted: >I'm lost too, but either way you guys are damn funny!!! >And does anyone know when Luna will be performing in the >north east area?? One should not underestimate of just how funny Rowdy can get! Give him a bag of multi-color balloons, a one-way bus ticket anywhere and some of those little bread bag twist tie thingies and he'll do something pretty damned funny with them. (Probably in the back of the bus when its dark and no one is looking)... When will Luna play the northeast? Good question. I dunno that, either. But I've got a very comfy living room for her to play in complete with a fireplace and a Crate tube amp when she finally shleps her way north as far as Massachusetts. (Third invitation Luna, don't make me offer a fourth! ;-) BTW, where is everyone from? I know W1ggy2 is a Jersey girl, Mike C is in the boonies of New York state, Rowdy tramps all over Texas, I assume Luna's still in my hallowed Austin, and I'm sitting in a snowstorm between Boston and Cape Cod... Jake? Valerie? Anyone else? The *original* Follower of JOE (Is anyone interested in an UNofficial Luna Tay-lor fan web page with really candid photos? Of course, as with Rowdy's pictures, they are artfully done! ;-) ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 10 Mar 2001 00:05:58 -0500 From: "Valerie Meloche" Subject: Re: [mariposa] Lemmings de Java, Part 2... Oh and somehow i've seen woody too, i think she was trying to rope it or something in that one...??? >(Is anyone interested in an UNofficial Luna Tay-lor fan web page with >really candid photos?
