Here is what she had to say: "In January, I was asked to record Patty Griffin's song "RAIN" for the season finale of CTV/ABC's television series Saving Hope. Being a huge Patty Griffin fan, I was excited. The song is of the best ingredients; power, darkness and hope. Patty is by far one of my favourite writers. She goes deep. When this song came out on her album 1000 Kisses in 2002, I listened to it on repeat. So honoured to share this version." You can listen to it here: http://rosecousins.com/music/ Amen!
