I, along with plenty of other people, spent way too much time on the lists. Today, there are only a handful of people reading these lists. Today, the concept of the digest is almost ridiculous. There are so few posters and many of us get so much email, that a handful of emails from a list seems irrelevant. On top of that, most email packages now allow you to filter emails into folders making it even easier to read your emails. Time marches on and some rules really don't belong in this millennium. Bad Behavior? Really? Wake up. It's 2013. Things have changed. Remember, time will do the talking. :-) But this brings up a subject I just don't understand. I have multiple email accounts (some business, some personal, some project based). I get hundreds of emails a day on these accounts and I deal with it. I can't believe I'm alone here. This list has been around a long time and most of the people on it have been around a long time. How could a handful of emails a week make people so crazy and angry? Okay, those are my rants for the year. No one likes to be called out, whether right or wrong. I'm now going back to my happy, mellow posting position.
