However, I do find that is the case with Ryan Adams' "Heartbreaker." I simply cannot find the right volume for that album. "Living With Ghosts" does have the incredible singing that has its lound moments, but that could perhaps be attributed to the recording environment. (The excellent review by Allmusic.com alludes to this.)
