Please reply to this email with your mailing address, and I'll get them out to you. If too many reply, I may be able to do B&P for more. I have six takers now, one more than I thought, but that's okay. If there are very many more who want it, we may need to do this again. I am trying to figure out how to get this series onto my Faces.com account so folks can download it from there. I don't know if the quality would be as great as what Bruce provided, but it's worth a shot. This is Karen. Over and Out. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 14 Mar 2007 09:54:05 -0700 From: "Karen" Subject: MM: re re re the Loft... How do you all feel about Limewire? Faces only takes so many MB's. It's free and addictive, but I can get all that Patty stuff in there with minor file name changes to weed out the heathens... I'll try that. So this weekend, if anyone still wants the Loft, hook up with www.limewire.com and search by Patty Griffin and XM Radio. You can upload and do as you please from there. I've made some really fun compilation CD's this way. Those of you who already asked for CD's from me may still get them if you wish. I'm not backing out on that. If you want it faster, though, you may want to try Limewire. TTFN Karen ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 14 Mar 2007 17:30:24 -0000 From: "Steve Mercer" Subject: MM: RE: re re re the Loft... Hi Unfortunately Limewire is illegal here in UK. Some people have been made example of and recd fines of thousands of pounds. Apparently it is legal in France. How do you stand in US? She also did Sweet Lorraine which I do love, but she seems to do it at every LA show!! One of these days I'd like to see her do Moses again or Every Little Bit... Anyway, she was fabulous... there was an extremely annoying woman behind me (and my MD recorder) singing and screaming for most of the night which was very annoying and made me quite homicidal :P I listened to a bit of the boot and it's not too bad, but really, please, I beg you, I go to hear Patty sing, not you. Please remember to be courteous to your fellow concert-goers. I took a bunch of pictures and I'll try to get those uploaded and send a link later. I also saw a few other digital cameras and one woman who appeared to be video taping, so maybe we'll see some footage pop up somewhere. I still haven't transferred my MD of the Hotel Cafe show, but I promise it's on my list of things to do, as well as getting out the rest of the copies of Silver Bell to everyone I still owe copies to... if you haven't gotten your copy of Silver Bell from me yet, I promise it's coming soon - I'm just triple-checking I've fixed any remaining glitches. :) Lisa ________________________________________________________________________ AOL now offers free email to everyone.
