I have an XM receiver attached to a stereo system and the stereo system outputs to a computer through the computer's Line In connector. Audiograbber then captures the audio and places it into a wav file. It is all pretty straightforward with only a minimal amount of sound loss. I then cut up the wav file into songs and intros, which will make the downloading a bit easier. I have some space on a web site, so I can move the files up there for a week or so and let the branches download it. I believe there are a couple of you who said you'd be willing to download and branch. I will create an ftp login and can send you links to either log in using a browser or ftp software. The branches can then make CDs for the leaves. Does this sound good to everyone? I think if we can get 3 or 4 branches, we will be able to cover everyone who has shown interest so far. Wav format, huh...? How did you manage to record this, by the way. I was racking my brain trying to think of what one could use to record streaming audio with a good quality sound... As soon as everything is up, I will contact those who wanted to download and branch and let them get first access to the files. We can then divide up those who just want CDs. After the branches have all downloaded their copies I'll pass on the download info to anyone else who wants to download. I hope this works for everyone.
