The way Patty speaks with fans one-on-one and to her audience is something i've always been aware of. Reading these emails made me think that---- it doesn't need to be about what people DESERVE or what Patty SHOULD be like. What i think is more honest is that some people are simply disappointed when they meet Patty. Some people are not. She does come across as a little cold and doesn't seem too flexible about what she will discuss. This doesn't mean that it should be another way -- it just might be disappointing for those who were hoping for more connection.
