I have a idea and hopefully it's not too corny. Since we're all gathering before the show (or at least all know where each other is sitting) and since I'm going to get to see Patty after the show (thanks to my b-day drive winnings!)....I was thinking of bringing Patty a little something from all of us. I'm thinking that I could bring a little mini-notebook- you know the kind that's intended to be a journal- something with a nice cover anyway. What we could do is pass it around at dinner and before the show so that each of us could write a little note to Patty in it. Could be just a hello...could be whatever it is that you want to say to her. Just remember that we'll be short on time with getting everyone to write in it...so plan what you're going to say ahead of time so that you can just quickly write it out. Sound good? Let me know if you guys are interested in doing this! Only a few more days until the show! Sarah Win a $20,000 Career Makeover at Yahoo! While I was reading with envy all of your comments about Patty's new CD, I was patiently waiting for my copy to be delivered. Well it finally arrived today. On first listen, I was blown away by Useless Desires...I love that song....classic Patty. But, apart from that one and the old Silver Bell songs, I am less than impressed, so far.....but I know they willl grow on me. I am just happy to have finally received the CD. I have to say that Florida is my favourite Patty song of all time....love it. I was lucky enough to see the Monday night, tour -opening show in Harrisburg and the Philadelphia show last night (both were great...and both times Patty looked hot (less waif-like...definitely more womanly) and had just the right amount of (overdue ) confidence. There will definitely be a pre-concert gathering and I will send out location and time this weekend. It'll be somewhere near the Byham Theatre. Stay tuned. We'd love to have you (and anyone else going to the Pittsburgh show) join us. If you plan to, please let me know so I can forewarn the restaurant. Thanks!
