Her new "Live from the Fez" CD is now available on her website www.breesharp.com Don, Lisa, & I were all on hand for this fabulous show, and much of it is included on the album. For those of you familiar with Bree, the magic in her voice comes through so much better on this live CD than what it does on a studio recording (almost as beautiful as when you're really there). For those unfamiliar with Bree.. she is a great young singer/songwriter who LOVES Patty & always mentions her at the top of her list of biggest influences. Many of her songs are written with a great sense of humor, with a great storyline, overall she's definitely less *serious* than Patty.. but can write all kinds of material. Her new song "Waving Goodbye" is included, and my initial thought when the piano intro started was that it may be some obscure Patty song that even I didn't know! It's so lovely. :-) Don & Lisa were both "Bree Virgins" & fell in love with her on this night. *don't forget how hard Don is to please* LOL The CD also came signed by Bree, to David (that's me.. how cool!) LOL She's sold many of these, and to sign every single one as it goes out the door is pretty awesome as far as I'm concerned. It's great to KNOW when certain artists care about their fans.
