Though I always feel a bit let down when she has to share the stage! Patty's performance is so much more dynamic than the other 3 women. They all did a great job and I enjoyed their banter inbetween songs...but Patty blew them away! I'm not in the habit of using the word "awesome" but it's the best one word I can come up with describe her, her performance and her songs!!! She has such a powerful stage presence. She was just wonderful. I was glad to read that other MMers attended the Cleveland show. Sarah what part of Detroit are you from?? Most exciting, was that Patty's set was completely different than the night before. And, I have fallen in love with Mary Chapin Carpenter's songs. The song she sang about 'i am the town' was beautiful. (anyone know the title, and album?) Patty's List: Mad Mission So Long Rain Flaming Red Stolen Car encore: Backstreet Boys song (i HATE it!!1) & Mary (harmonies to die for. it could have lasted for hours) goodnight all. matthew ------------------------------ End of mad-mission-digest V7 #264 *********************************
