The artist are all really good and the production is awesome!! But, Patty is the besy of course. Listening to her cut is pure magic because she is able to sound exactly like Patsy Cline. It's very errie but oh so cool. When will the world stand up and take notice of her greatness?! Cause she so deserve that. :) Have a good one. Gotta ask, has anyone been experiencing losing posts at the Patty discussion board? In the span of two days, I lost 3 entire threads I started and 1 which was a post contributed to a thread, but only my post was missing. The first two just, whoosh, just dissappeared, and the other two, the headings are there, with error messages in place of the posts.. I'm a really, really nice person, my posts had nothing offensive or controversial, except, maybe the thread I started asking 'What happened to my Posts', that's the only one that, I guess maybe they just didn't want people to know it was happening, or, like, even that one, why? I'm still waiting for an answer, via email so as not to upset anyone at the board or 'rock the boat'. If anyone caught my posts, they were just normal, benign posts, so I am really confused about this and concerned by the implications. I've never seen this issue before. I replied to your Amy thread stating that I was also a fan since I saw her on the Girls Room Tour a few years ago (I promise I did not delete the thread). I FTP'd into the site to see if the txt files were still there and they arent, however the .data files are meaning that someone isn't deleting the threads but somehow the body of them are disappearing. I'm not sure what makes you think that this issue is controversial because I promise you it isn't personal... it's just technology acting up. I had a ton of problems with the board last week as the entire "General Discussion" forum was erased. I spent 2 days non-stop trying to recover it and I finally did. I also upgraded to a new version of the forum which was supposed to stop things like that from happening again.... I'm glad that you brought this to my attention and I will work with the folks over at yaBB to try to resolve the problem. Please please please don't think that someone over at pg.net doesn't like your posts or something because I promise that isn't the case. I don't know why its happening but I aam trying to fix it. - Jen > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-mad-mission@smoe.org [mailto:owner-mad-mission@smoe.org]On > Behalf Of Charles Ott > Sent: Thursday, September 11, 2003 8:08 AM > To: mad-mission@smoe.org > Subject: MM: Dissappearing posts > > > Hey everyone, I haven't contributed in a while, always reading, though. > Gotta ask, has anyone been experiencing losing posts at the Patty > discussion board? I just didn't know what was going on, and in my overactive imaginings, I thought I might be losing my Patty place. Thanks for letting me know. Take care, Julie (formatting on my email is going haywire again, I hope this comes out okay) - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Use custom emotions -- try MSN Messenger 6.0! ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 11 Sep 2003 14:14:49 +0000 From: "Charles Ott" Subject: Re: MM: RE: Dissappearing posts Jen, One more thing .. thankyou for all your hard work, it is appreciated more than you will ever know.
