Let your conscience be your guide. Don - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- - --- The 2000 Ark Show is listed on ebay 2530049820 to date the bids are at $36.26. I have emailed the bidders and told them they could get the show in a trade or for free but they keep on bidding. And once again Ebay won't remove the listing ***************************************************************************** *** I was fascinated by the UPC & logo , so I Kept Digging. These people really have balls. If you'll notice the bottom right corner , they actually have the copyright symbol , followed by "All Rights Reserved" , & the standard warning that reproduction is prohibited by Federal law. If ATO or Patty's management is interested , this seems to be actionable. Of course , offended individuals can call , fax , or write to express their opinion. Found their name , address & phone #'s on the web. Of course , all of this is assuming that they don't have any permission from the label or Patty. She was there on 4/12/00 & played 2 shows that night. (I was there, so I should know.. LOL). Secondly.. I'm not absolutely sure because my copy of the 2nd show has mysteriously disappeared, but I'm not totally sure the setlist is correct for either show (although this may in fact be the 2nd show). Thirdly.. uhm.. I know the guy who recorded that show (all too well). When it was put out there for trading purposes, it had the usual disclaimer "this recording is for fans, by fans, for trading purposes only, no money is to be exchanged, etc.etc.." Those Bastards on Ebay must pay! Anyway, What Murph & Don did with emailing the bidders may have done something though. The auction has now ended due to the "seller accepting the current high bid", or something to that effect. ..hmm??? I'm sure it was not their conscience telling them to stop the bidding at that price.. It's definitely cool that Patty has so many protective fans patrolling Ebay to try to eliminate stuff like this from going down.
