Especially after his stellar prose for LWG... I actually didn't read them all, I have trouble getting by his writing style. He's so full of himself. - -guy ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 31 Jul 2002 14:02:44 -0400 From: "Lori Garvey" Subject: MM: Re: FW Lori's favourite Male voice conundrum Wow - you guys are WAY off. You've picked the worse on my list. He's part of a band. Very good looking. I agree that she should not have put tomorrow night, Mil Besos, Stolen Car or the reprise on. Trouble is, it would have then fitted onto one of those 3" mini CDs, and you can't charge full price for that, can you? The crying shame of it all is that she isn't short of material. She is touring the USA at the moment. Go and listen. I have never seen her live, but a have a number of "unofficial" CD's of hers, including the ill-fated Interscope album. The contain enough material for 2 or 3 CDs full of non-filler, non cover, non-awkward sounding Spanish songs, mainly with a distinct lack of loud accordion. If she continues to work with people she is currently working with they will probably never get official releases and she will end up in some kind of pseudo-cajun/cover artist backwater. I just wish she would go back to where she started Matthew Everything you'll ever need on one web page from News and Sport to Email and Music Charts http://uk.my.yahoo.com ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 31 Jul 2002 17:15:41 EDT From: Smaragaid@aol.com Subject: Re: MM: Re: FW Lori's favourite Male voice conundrum lead singer to Incubus? ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 31 Jul 2002 18:32:31 EDT From: Kaycee973@aol.com Subject: Re: MM: Re: FW Lori's favourite Male voice conundrum bon jovi!!! We are able to eavesdrop into someone's life and get to know something about music. He probably gets more hits by people who want to get an update on his week/life than someone who wants to know about the obscure artist of the week. DT - --- "Guy S. I went there initially to read the thoughts of another fan, and I ended up reading lots of his reviews on other artists, too. He's a great writer, but I agree that it's sometimes tiring to wade through a lot of the personal asides until you get to the actual review. I personally don't care much at all about the personal life stuff. But hey, his site, his rules. Glad to see others have discovered the site, too. - ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Tumbarello" To: "Guy S.
