A couple of mailing lists I'm on strip the mails down
to text only, so if anyone has customized their
mailbox it doesn't show up. I get a lot of list mails
but even on my old dinosaur at home it doesn't take
that long to download. Filters are definitely a good
idea if you're on mailing lists.

I get home today and there were my ticktes for Patty in Somerville from
Ticket Master...only I open the envelope and find that the tickets are
not for Somerville they sent me tickets for the show at the Keswick
Theatre.  thats all good but I happen to live 5 minutes from Somerville
and a hell of a lot further from PA.....No one at ticket master seems to
know how to help me either.  grrrrrrrrrr...Just thought I would share
that fun info as warning to the users of the necessary evil....

Mike passed this on to me from Patty's management.

Concert tickets are now on sale for most of the upcoming shows and
management assures us that tons of new tour dates will be made available
really soon. If you are worried she won't come to your neck of the woods -
DON'T!

The week of the album release Patty will be doing in-store appearances in
New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, and Annapolis - I don't have dates on
those.

Patty will be touring with a band this spring/summer.

Michael Ramos - Keys and Accordian
Brian Standefer - Cello

And finally - one additional tour date has been added - May 1st at the
Birchmere in Alexandria, VA.

So this is the current run down on the tour dates:

all others who are planning on getting them know that the Paul McCartney 
tickets also go on sale at 10 on Saturday, so you may want to go online to 
get them.  The lines will probably be long and since they do the lottery 
thing usually, who knows where you'll end up in line.  Just a thought.
