Someone told me she was good and I was wondering if you liked her-or not. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 8 Jan 2002 21:59:48 -0600 From: "folkyboy" Subject: Re: MM:NPC: Catie Curtis i like catie :) she's pretty rad. she's nothing like patty, however. she is more grounded with her voice (no loud solos and such). i'd suggest downloading "Radical" and "The Wolf" and deciding for yourself :) those were the 1st two I heard. She covers a Morphine song on her new CD that's really great. I'm not very good at reviewing her because it's hard for me to pinpoint why I like her. She doesn't sing very "sad". She's almost an uplifter :) Its easy to see why she has won so many awards but it's hard to pinpoint a style to stick to. ~tim ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 08 Jan 2002 22:58:40 -0500 From: Greg Smith Subject: Re: MM: Re: A bit o' testosterone At 06:35 PM 1/8/2002 -0500, you wrote: >ahhhhhh faith no more. the best band to spring from the 80's. All of the Patton-era albums are great, but if I was forced to pick just one, it would be Angel Dust!! Has anyone heard Tomahawk yet?
