I listen on my headphones with my pc. And I just find it impossible to listen to that song without singing with Patty. This isn't bad if I'm listening in the car. But at my desk at work, I would be getting some strange looks. But what an incredible song. I wonder why it didn't make it on LWG. I'm on a mad mission. Can someone tell me how I can get some live Patty Griffin? I would love to hear what the songs from LWG and FR sound like live. I've never seen live, except for two songs on Austin City Limits. Hopefully, this year I will. ~ Steve "Don't just exist. YEAHHH!!" and i'll get you groupies and everything... so if anyone could hlep, i'd be so grateful :o) thanks everyone!!! writing to you all from the land of milk and honey, douggie Yahoo! Hey all, I hope this e-mail is going to the right place as I've never done this before. But anyway, I've been a Patty fan for about 2 years now ever since hearing "Peter Pan" on some TV show. I heard the song & tracked down the singer at the local Barnes & Noble & bought FR on the spot. I've since bought LWG but have never heard of LFLM. Guess I'm not as big a fan as I thought to be totally ignorant of this CD. :( If anyone can clue me in as to what it is & where I can get my hands on it, I would be truly grateful! Her CDs are constantly in my CD player. I saw her open last year for Emmylou Harris & by far it was one of the best concerts I was ever at. I'm sure most of you probably know this, but Patty also has a few songs on the soundtrack to Niagara, Niagara, an indie film from a few years back. Anyway, thank you in advance to anyone who could shed some light on this LFLM for me. I'd love to have more of her stuff.
