But that's not what I'm after . I'll be in New York for the period 26 through 29 June this year. Any suggestions on music venues to go and listen to? regards, Iain ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 27 May 2000 07:56:44 EDT From: Flakeybird@aol.com Subject: MM: June 16 show in San Fran June 16 is one of the dates PG was opening for the Dixie Chicks. Funny, I just tried to get tickets for that show in San Jose and they were sold out. I don't really want to see the Chicks anyway. Now I get to see just our little folk/rock queen. I'm dying to hear silver bell with the band. She also mentions that this is the first time she has ever been in West Virginia and I know she recorded at least one previous version of this show. Anyway, I tried to record it nontheless but have NO RADIO SIGNAL from the Detroit station...I mean, I can hear Patty singing but there is this obnoxious bzzzzzz in the back.... grr - I also missed the first song ("Flaming Red" cause I was trying to get a signal... Hope everyone else has better luck taping but you might not need to as I'm pretty sure this is an old version of the show - any thoughts? Okay, so I'm a little slow gettin' local news... since when is 103.1 becoming a Spanish station?? It happened to them when they were 101.9, but I hadn't heard it was happening to them again! ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ End of mad-mission-digest V4 #148 *********************************
