Anybody know the author? (Stanley Brothers? AC Carter?) It's in the fabulous documentary about bluegrass called "High Lonesome." I've never heard Patty sing that one before. I can't really add more to what's already been posted--Patty and Lucinda were both fantastic. What a treat to see them together!! For those who stayed until the very end, the Fillmore passed out lovely posters featuring a photo of a statue of an angel, with "Lucinda Williams, Patty Griffin The Fillmore March 5 & 6" on it. That was a nice surprise. Cheers, Glennia ------------------------------ End of mad-mission-digest V3 #63 ********************************
