I happen to think that your mail was pretty cool...I haven't written to the list in awhile, and it's nice to see someone else expressing their love for Patty :-) I don't know about the Dance/Rave mixes of any of her songs, I happen to like them the way they are..but hey..to each their own.. Anyway, I'm just sitting here Patiently...ok, NOT so patiently for Patty to come anywhere remotely close to Harrisburg, PA again. If I had known she was in NYC before this morning, I would have been there in an INSTANT. I can't believe noone posted about that show before this morning..either that or I somehow missed that post. Anyway, does anyone have a list of Patty's tour dates?? None of the websites that I've checked have anything..and I'm really really hoping that she comes within a 4 hour drive *praying* before the end of this tour..I mean, I have already seen her 5 times on this tour, but I guess that is what contributes to the fact of NEEDING to see her one more time..PLEASE GOD!!! :-) Ok, I'm done now..Have a great weekend everyone! Having a bit of trouble on whether i can see all 3 shows (call me a fanatic if you must) in southern california. i want to see all of them but powers beyond my control may prevent me. you see, i don't have rides to all of them. i'm going with a couple good friends to one of them but there's someone special that's going to be at another show and i'm not sure they want to drive out of there way. (hmm, i need a car.) just another sad and carless person - sorry if i took up any of your time. love, v ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 30 Jan 1999 03:13:36 EST From: JohnRN24@aol.com Subject: MM: this is not about dung beetles What ever happened to the T-shirt idea??? :-) John ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 30 Jan 1999 08:47:32 EST From: JessBartn@aol.com Subject: Re: MM: this is not about dung beetles In a message dated 1/30/99 2:16:28 AM Central Standard Time, JohnRN24@aol.com writes: << What ever happened to the T-shirt idea??? :-) John >> I was one of the people harassing Patty's management about the T-shirt idea, ...but it looks like a dead deal for the time being. I'll wear this little (tiny- dinky-puney) baby T-shirt with the red and silver plastic Patty Griffin patch...at least till I get arrested for indecent exposure ;-) See ya! »§«:*´`³¤³´`*:»§«. IF anyone can e-mail me of the womans name and maybe the CD, I would be greatful.. I carry you with me A ghost inside In these shattered arms Your still alive I carry you with me a holy shrine and dogs and angles follow right behing Could I be walking high up Could I be right beside Bones they bury feed the trees ......
