The show is with the Neilds, another great band. One pair of tickets is in the 17th row, the other is in the 18th row (though they are the same numbered seats and, therefore, will be right in front/behind each other). They are $45 per pair (my cost), though if someone wants all four, I will sell them for $80 total. E-mail me at sgould@mwn.com if interested. If you can make it, do NOT miss this. But anyway, the Nields are very hard to classify in terms of the music they play. They're somewhere between folk, rock, pop, and everything else you can imagine. They consist of two sisters (nerissa and katryna), the husband of one of those sisters (david) and two other really cool guys (dave and dave). They just released a new cd, PLAY, which is right up there with Flaming Red not only in terms of being one of the year's best, but in continuing a transition from folkier sounding stuff to more full bodied rock. But besides really cool songwriting and harmony and a great sense of humor, onstage they just EXUDE energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for what they do. They are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet! I know this sounds like I'm gushing, but that's because I am... Trust me, you will be smitten!
