I just bought the CD "IMAGINE" by Eva Cassidy put together by her friends after she died of cancer. She is so amazing. I love the woman. Her covers of blues, folk, jazz, etc are unbelievable in my opinion. There are a number of CD's of hers I have already, including TIME AFTER TIME and SONGBIRD. I still need to get EVA BY HEART and LIVE AT BLUES ALLEY or whatever it's called. She is so amazing. So human. She can sing the white girl blues and she is so passionate and kind and sweet. Didn't become famous until after her death. Does an awesome cover of Sting's FIELDS OF GOLD, love her cover of KATHY'S SONG and various other stuff. SHe basically sings everything incredibly. Just someone who's soul was in the right place, and had her share of pain in life. So sad, so sweet, so beautiful. Eva cassidy.
