I've been looking for that one for years. Some stuff to trade; thanks! Steven Svoboda ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 02 Dec 2001 21:20:48 -0800 From: Darren Holmquist Subject: MM: Silver Bell I just heard on Acoustic Cafe that Dave Matthews is going to release Silver Bell on his ATO records... within the next couple of months. Did I miss a thread, or is this news? Darren ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 3 Dec 2001 00:23:31 -0600 From: "Jason & Jennifer Burton" Subject: MM: Landmine Benefit in Chicago Well the Chicago Landmine Benefit show was wonderful. Each artist did 3 songs then they all closed with Steve's "Christmas in Washington". Patty did "Touch #2", "Top of the World", and "10,000,000 Miles". "Top of the World" was quite the show stopper. Steve Earle, who much of the time looked somewhat disinterested during other people's songs, summed it up saying "yikes". IMHO the other highlight of the evening was Steve and Emmylou doing "Goodbye". Patty also sang on most of Emmylou's songs, and did some very nice back-up on a new unrecorded (or at least unreleased) Bruce Cockburn number - who knows, maybe she'll end up on his next album? When Emmylou introduced Patty she said Patty's new album will be out in April. Catch this tour if you can! You won't be disappointed.
