Just in case you're wondering.. Here's patty's too-short setlist from the
dancin' in the district show in Nashville on 6-7-01.

1. Clap Hands (from "a thousand faces")
2. Flaming Red

4. Poor Man's House (by herself)
5. Be Careful with Me (by herself, from "a thousand faces")
6. Sweet Lorraine (started out by herself, then w/ band)
7. Chief (a GREAT new song, from "a thousand faces")
8. Top of the World (from "silver bell")
9. Mary

10. Blue Sky
11. Tomorrow Night (bob dylan cover, w/ Kami Lyle on trumpet)

That's it!  she was great, but her band was lacking.. I think it was just
because she hasn't toured in a while.  It just wasn't very tight, and as far
as her band goes, I enjoyed the uptown mix show last september so much
more.. But hey, that's just me.

Does anyone have a copy of the unreleased version of Dave Matthew's Band's
Everyday.  I hear that unlike the released version, it is good...very dark
and brooding, much like his early concerts (before the days of TRL fans at
his shows)  If anyone has a copy, I would like a copy, and I'm willing to
burn copies for others.

I read this on another list I belong to ..."brokenthings", it's a Buddy and
Julie Miller fan based list..this guy today submitted this-anyone know
anything about it?


"Patty Griffin did a free show at Riverfront Park here in Nashville last
night.  She mentioned a few things about her third album still being held
up, but she also said she has just recorded a fourth album in Nashville
called "A Thousand Kisses."  From what she was saying between songs, it
seems like it could be released before too long."
