Hi All! Just walked in the door from the concert at the Keswick! What can I say....WOW! Patty sure is comfortable on stage, it really shows! I won't post much about the concert, Don and Dave do that soooo well. I really enjoyed Patty's set. She played quite a few of LWG songs. I was surprised to see that her hair was straight. She looks great, looks like she lost a few pounds. During EmmyLou's set Patty came out and sang backup for "My Baby Needs A Sheperd" and "One Big Love". EmmyLou's version of "One Big Love" is very different. She takes the funk out. Many don't like her version, I think it is good, but like I said different. I really enjoyed it with Patty singing with her. I was very impressed by EmmyLou's set. My God, her band was INCREDIBLE! Buddy Miller knocked us dead. Her bass, Tony and her drummer, something Blade, was outstanding. I want to say it was nice meeting folks from the list. And Evil Gary, you are so BAD! Your secret is safe with me.... Darcy and Dave and Don, the pleasure was all mine. Next time come a day early and we can go out on the town.
