Indeed, five times before, I have tried to go to a Patty show, but have been stymied by 1. Final exam that night 2. Presentation due that night 3. Had to take roommate to hospital 4. Cancellation (1998 Riverfest) 5. Car broke down Now, make a 6. National Forensics Tournament in Athens. And the truly tragic thing is, I'm not even competing anymore (I've graduated!) but I agreed Wednesday to go down with the EMU team to coach/judge and I'll be gone. So Patty will be playing 10 minutes away from where I live and I can't go. *sigh* I swear, it's predestined that I never see her live... I say this after every time I get the big stopper.
