The only two times in my LIFE that my car has even been broken into was when it was parked on the streets around Fez. Spend the twelve bucks and park in the garage. When I went to her April performance at The Fez I called ahead around the time the show went on sale. You make a reservation just like you would for a restaurant. When you show up at the door, you give your name to the person at the door and they check their reservations list. It's that simple. Someone will then escort you in and show you to a seat. Word of advice: Get there early to ensure a prime seat when the doors open. It's first come, first served.
