I had to play it thru over and over before I could even go back to the rest of the album. Let Him Fly got me next and frankly I love every song on the album- they got me one by one. Mary was the same for me from Flaming Red. I was driving in the night with my 3 kids on a 16 hr drive the day the album came out and rewound Mary over and over- I could get away with it since they were all asleep. Tears streaming... How can she even sing it without crying? Every note and inflection of her voice is so perfect. If my children could ever feel that way about me at the end of my life, I will have been who I should be. To me it is so meaningful that she could see someone two generations away as the person she really was.
